The Plaza Hotel in New York City was a major location in Home Alone 2: Lost in New York (1992). Wikipedia says the crew shot in the hotel lobby and one of its suites, and that Donald Trump, the hotel’s owner at the time, allowed filming in exchange for a cameo.
